About Event
The Tanzania Digital Health and Innovation Week (TDHIW) 2026 comprises a series of high-impact trainings, workshops, dialogues, networking sessions, scientific presentations, exhibitions, and innovation showcases designed to accelerate digital health transformation and address pressing health system challenges in Tanzania and across Africa.
Over the past five years, the program has evolved into a leading platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and innovation, bringing together diverse stakeholders from government, academia, development partners, the private sector, healthcare institutions, civil society, and the innovation ecosystem. Through both in-person and virtual participation, TDHIW has fostered strategic partnerships, strengthened digital health capacity, and catalyzed the adoption of innovative solutions.
Under the 2026 theme, "Future-Ready Health Workforce: Strengthening Digital Competencies & Partnerships for Resilient Health Systems," this year's program is expected to be the largest edition yet, attracting a diverse audience of policymakers, researchers, healthcare professionals, technology innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, development partners, and students from Tanzania and beyond.
